We are looking for a Transaction Advisory Senior to join our Advisory Department. As a Senior you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
Lead due diligence procedures for securitization transactions, focusing on assessing loan portfolios. Analyze financial data, legal documents, and other relevant materials to evaluate risk and compliance. Coordinate with engagement team and stakeholders to prepare tailored due diligence reports. Present findings and make recommendations to client management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on due diligence and securitizations. Demonstrated experience with testing credit worthiness across various asset classes. Proven analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
