
Description
The Manager, Sales Support will play a critical role in enabling the success of our broader Partnerships team by overseeing the processes, tools and resources that drive partner acquisition and ongoing relationship management. Reporting to the Director, Client Services and Activations, this person will serve as a strategic liaison across the internal Business Development and Client Services teams to improve communication, enhance partner experience and ensure that our revenue-generating teams are equipped with the insights, materials and operational support needed to meet business goals. This person will also identify and qualify prospective partners, support the development of proposals and presentations and ensure smooth handoffs internally. This position will also lead efforts to streamline workflows, maintain accurate pipeline data, optimize CRM utilization and track key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic liaison across the Business Development and Client Services teams to improve communication, enhance partner experience and ensure that our revenue-generating teams are equipped with the insights, materials and operational support needed to meet business goals
Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and removing roadblocks that impact revenue delivery
Coordinate with Business Development to develop proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and partner-facing collateral
Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales support resources such as templates, process guides and more
Identify, research, and qualify prospective partners to support pipeline growth and revenue targets
Maintain and optimize CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, pipeline management, and reporting
Analyze sales performance metrics and partner data to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Ensure smooth transitions between Business and Client Services by managing information flows, documentation, and kickoff processes
Support Client Services in the execution of partner activations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in a competitive sales, marketing, or media environment
Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop
Experience in deck building and media planning
Superior administrative, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments
Preferred
Sponsorship or Integrated Marketing experience within the broader media landscape
Basic creative/graphic design skills to assist with creative
Previous production or on-set experience
Media data and reporting knowledge
Experience setting up private client events including location scouting, menu selection, gifting and budget management
