Take 16x 30 minute Zoom calls per day. Sell 10-100k TV media packages to small businesses. Respond to inbound bookings and manage calendars with a Typeform application flow. Attend every call on time and maintain professional conduct. Audit and ensure ethical, legal selling practices. Send SMS updates, generate reports, and update the CRM for each call. Participate in daily training sessions in the morning. Work remotely with a reliable home setup (camera and Zoom readiness). Maintain on- Zoom video throughout work time. Only experienced reps currently considered; provide proof of sales/earnings and evidence of closed 10k+ packages. Qualifications
Experience in sales with verifiable earnings and closed deals of 10k+ packages. Comfortable with remote work tools and Zoom. Ability to attend daily training and maintain a professional demeanor on calls. Proven track record of inbound or outbound sales performances preferred. Expected Earnings
It depends... some people earn 5-6k a month (low end) and some earn 10-20k a month, a few earn 20-30k a month. Top reps earn 20k a month in commissions and also receive a base. Our top reps earn 10-15k a month just from their books doing no work after a year or so. Approximately 50% of reps are not retained after 30 days if performance is not up to standard.
