SDR and Client Success Representative | Commercive Commercive is a fast scaling global ecommerce fulfillment and sourcing partner helping DTC ecommerce brands source products, manage inventory, and ship worldwide from China directly to customers.

We are hiring a salary-based SDR and Client Success Representative to help drive growth, build strong client relationships, and represent Commercive both online and in person.

This role blends sales development, relationship management, and client success. You will generate qualified leads, help brands switch from existing suppliers / private agents, support onboarding, and ensure clients feel taken care of from day one.

What you’ll do

Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals, and events

Attend ecommerce, Shopify and dropshipping-related events and network and build relationships with brand owners

Build trust based relationships with clients (taking them out to eat, enjoying with them, gifts etc)

Onboard new clients and connect them with our quoting and operations teams

Oversee client experience at a high level and proactively solve issues

Drive referrals and long term partnerships

Why this role matters Our clients trust us with one of the most important parts of their business: manufacturing, sourcing, and fulfillment for their ecommerce business. This role is critical to our growth because you are the human connection between Commercive and the brands we work with.

You help brands confidently switch from existing suppliers, ensure they are onboarded correctly, get better pricing/service, and make sure issues are caught and solved before they become problems. When this role is done right, clients stay longer, refer others, and see Commercive as their go to partner.
