This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Holland, MI. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales operations, develop and nurture client relationships, and create sales strategies to meet business goals. Other key responsibilities will include managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop result-oriented strategies Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly roofing, siding, and exteriors, is highly advantageous Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
