
Join our dynamic Paid Social team as we look for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Media Specialist. You'll play a vital role in executing social media campaigns, working alongside Digital Media, Account Services, and Analytics teams to ensure client success and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of paid social media activation across various platforms, overseeing campaign setup, implementation, pacing, optimizations, and reporting.
Collaborate with client teams and senior members to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations for enhanced ROI.
Conduct thorough QA on all campaigns before launch to ensure flawless execution.
Deliver insightful reports during the campaign lifecycle, identifying optimization opportunities for immediate and long-term implementation.
Review and verify assets from client teams, including media plans and creative content.
Maintain detailed records of insertion orders and work closely with Planning teams to confirm accuracy.
Monitor daily campaign performance, promptly addressing any delivery or performance issues.
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand, market trends, and seasonal factors.
Foster relationships as a key point of contact with media partners and internal teams, including Account, Audience, and Analytics.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of key social platforms and their unique strengths.
Conduct basic A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and copy, providing analysis and recommendations based on results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1+ years of e-commerce or performance-based Paid Social Marketing experience across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Foundational understanding of digital and social marketing concepts and consumer behavior.
Paid social certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
Results-driven, data-oriented, and highly organized.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint is advantageous.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Self-aware and accountable, with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
