Required Qualifications

Strong technical and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and time constraints

Professional demeanor that supports a positive work environment

At least 3 years of experience as an associate in a public accounting firm or equivalent

College degree in accounting

Possess CPA license, CIA certification, and/or other relevant professional designations

Familiarity with accounting software programs

Preferred Qualifications

Data analysis skills

Motivation to develop the skills and qualifications necessary to become a future leader in the firm

Interest in building relationships with professional peers in the business community

Proficiency in multiple languages
