Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role responsible for representing buyers and sellers in retail residential transactions from initial consultation through closing. You will work directly with homebuyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and internal support teams to deliver a smooth, compliant, and professional transaction experience. This role is ideal for an agent who is client-focused, motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced residential environment. Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions from listing or offer through closing Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, open houses, and listing presentations Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and comparable sales Market residential listings through MLS, email/text campaigns, and online platforms Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, inspection items, and closing terms Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and title companies to ensure timely closings Maintain accurate records of client activity, transactions, and follow-ups using company CRM systems Ensure all transactions comply with Illinois real estate laws and brokerage policies Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client relations Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required Compensation & Structure
