We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team and help keep our projects running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about working behind the scenes in the vibrant world of performing arts. Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the executive team Assist in organizing events, rehearsals, and client engagements Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders Contribute to special projects that support the company's goals and growth Who You Are:

Enthusiastic about the performing arts and eager to support creative endeavors Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and communication tools Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information A team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse personalities Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required
