Key Responsibilities Operational Administration of Institutional Relationships: Serve as firm security administrator for custodian access/security structures, including setting up, granting, monitoring, and withdrawing permissions as needed. Support the setup, maintenance, and oversight of operational structures with institutional partners such as custodians and brokers. Adhere to processes and policies around access and security administration for custodians and other key partners. Field requests from internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary, and bringing items to resolution. Support institutional transitions and integrations during significant organizational events. Project Execution: Execute key strategic project elements focused on optimizing institutional relationships and improving operational efficiencies. Collaborate with teams to streamline internal processes. Reporting & Compliance: Assist in the delivery and organization of data required to meet compliance and regulatory obligations. Reconcile data to support institutional relationship goals and objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact to ensure seamless communication and task execution. Ensure that all projects and tasks are communicated effectively, with detailed follow-through on action items. Skills & Qualifications Project Coordination: Proven ability to execute according to defined project plans and deadlines. Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and accuracy in all aspects of work. Data Analysis: Solid data analysis skills and experience with Excel, with the ability to interpret and leverage data, including creating formulas, using Pivot tables, and cleaning and organizing data. Custodian Experience: Deep experience working with custodians is preferred, particularly in the context of permissioning, access management, and operational transitions. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across various levels of the organization and external partners. Follow-Through: A high degree of follow-through and accountability for the successful execution of day-to-day responsibilities and strategic projects. Preferred Experience Experience with institutional coordination in financial services, particularly with custodians and brokers. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to institutional relationships, particularly in the context of custodial access and security structures.
