Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk in Dublin, CA. This is a part-time, on-site, temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Data Entry Clerk role include but are not limited to:

Review, interpret, and navigate contracts, including terms, service levels, and renewal dates.

Accurately enter and maintain contract data in internal tracking systems.

Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation, identifying and correcting data discrepancies.

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive contract information.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with departmental and company policies.

Use and navigate SharePoint and OneDrive for document storage, organization, version control, and secure collaboration.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Data Entry Clerk position:

1-2 years of data entry or contract management experience

Familiar with MS Office and SharePoint

Must have attention to detail

Experience working with confidential information

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $30.00 per hour
