As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, including providing expert advice and support at every stage of the transaction. Responsibilities include property showings, market analysis, preparing and reviewing contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will actively manage client relationships and stay informed about real estate market trends to represent clients effectively. Qualifications
Holding a valid Real Estate License is required Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including sales and transactions Excellent Customer Service skills to meet the needs of clients effectively Familiarity with Real Property laws and regulations Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently Proficiency with real estate technology tools is a plus Proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships
