Position Overview: Member Service Representative
As a Member Service Representative, you'll serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of the Kohler Branch, helping members navigate their financial needs. This role goes beyond basic transactions-you'll build relationships, understand member goals, and provide meaningful financial solutions.
What You'll Do
Build Trust:
Develop strong member relationships and provide personalized recommendations based on individual financial needs.
Manage Accounts:
Open, update, and close accounts while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures.
Deliver Exceptional Service:
Communicate effectively with members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
Resolve Concerns:
Address member questions and issues with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
Keep Learning:
Stay current on credit union products, services, policies, and industry trends through ongoing training.
What We're Looking For
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Background in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to member service.
