Overview Investor Relations Operations Analyst
is a role on Garda's Investor Relations team in the New York City office. This position is a key internal support role focused on operational execution, reporting, data management, and internal coordination for the Investor Relations team. The role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of investor-related materials and processes, and will work closely with team members to support client service & reporting, marketing materials, CRM management, and internal workflows.
Responsibilities
Support the production, quality control, and timely delivery of regular investor reporting, including weekly and monthly materials
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of investor-facing materials, including marketing presentations, data tables, and internal briefing documents
Manage and maintain investor and prospect data within Garda's CRM system (FolioMetrics), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support monthly transaction-related processes and documentation in coordination with internal teams
Assist with due diligence materials, data requests, and ad hoc reporting as directed by senior Investor Relations team members
Assist with completing due diligence questionnaires and the maintenance of an internal DDQ response library (Qvidian)
Perform data validation, reconciliation, formatting, and review to ensure accuracy across reporting and marketing outputs
Partner with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, accounting, and operations) to support investor-related processes
Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, documentation, and operational processes
Serve as a reliable execution partner on special projects and time-sensitive initiatives as needed
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment management operations, client reporting, or financial services
Demonstrated interest in investment management and investor relations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a data-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in executing assigned responsibilities
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with comfort working with data and presentations
Compensation & Benefits This role is also eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, healthcare plan, 401(k) matching program, etc. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education.
Base Salary for this role is expected to be between:
$90,000—$100,000 USD
