About the Opportunity We're looking for a
Marketing and Proposal Specialist
to support our collaborative corporate marketing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting proposal development, marketing initiatives, and strategic communication across our offices in North America.

What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you'll help lead the end-to-end development of winning proposals and contribute to internal and external marketing efforts. Your work will support NHC's visibility, business development, and brand growth.
Monitor bid opportunities and manage proposal planning and coordination (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs)
Execute NHC's 8-step proposal process and ensure timely, compliant submissions
Design and produce high-quality proposal materials using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Maintain and update CRM opportunity records, resumes, and project descriptions
Collaborate on interview presentations and debriefs to support continuous improvement
Create marketing collateral, brochures, award submissions, and internal/external videos
Contribute to NHC's digital presence, including website and intranet content
Support social media planning and content development
Coordinate business development events and conference materials
Facilitate and drive NHC's key account management
What You Bring
Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2--5 years of relevant proposal and marketing experience, preferably in engineering, environmental, architecture, or construction industries
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
