Responsibilities

Must have a passion for managing, training and teaching and want to have a long term, profitable, and stable career as a manager for our talented staff

Leading team and promoting Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests

Assists studio manager with membership retention and attrition

Consistently leads by example to create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs

Holds all team members to the highest level of accountability to exceed salon expectations

Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests

Leads and assists in all training of administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys

Prepare guests records for services

Participate in special events to promote studio

Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)

Sets expectations for team regarding quality service by enforcing organization standards

Qualifications

Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated

Ability to problem solve in a timely manner (in absence of the general manager) and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance

Assist general manager with social media uploads

Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
