role supports
internal, external, and executive communications , with a focus on creating clear, strategic content that strengthens brand voice, engages employees, and supports business priorities. The position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into messages that are easy to understand and act on.

Schedule: Regular day hours
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $25 - $28/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-quality communications content across channels while consistently meeting deadlines.
Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of materials including internal emails, digital signage, intranet news and platform content, newsletters, and executive communications.
Create strategic media assets such as press releases, toolkits, Q&As, and supporting materials.
Draft executive messages, talking points, presentations, and meeting materials aligned with leadership priorities.
Contribute blog and social media copy as needed to support broader communications efforts.
Support executive communications by shaping key messages, narratives, and thought leadership content.
Maintain and manage a communications and content calendar to ensure coordinated, timely delivery.
Monitor engagement and effectiveness of internal communications, analyze available data, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfort working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
