The ABA Director at the AZACS Tucson Campus will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed to support the educational and behavioral growth of students. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting training sessions, managing student progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and collaborating with families and staff to develop effective interventions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tucson, AZ, requiring a hands-on approach and commitment to empowering students and the school community. Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to connect with stakeholders, including students, families, and staff. Experience in enrollment management and administering policies to support student admissions and transitions. Budgeting expertise to manage financial operations and resource allocation effectively. Knowledge of student financial aid processes and policies to assist families in securing support services. BCBA or BCBA-D certification, with a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices. Proven leadership and team management skills, with a history of supervising and mentoring staff. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to serving the autism community. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
