Design and develop visual solutions for communication challenges related to property marketing and pitch materials Create layouts and production designs for publications, including offering memorandums and marketing brochures Generate charts, graphs, maps, and diagrams to highlight area amenities and data points Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet client demands and project Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop, to produce high-quality visual content What's Needed?

Associate's degree in design or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe publishing and graphics software Strong design sense with the ability to visualize in 2D and 3D, and an understanding of aesthetic principles Experience with commercial real estate marketing is a plus What's in it for me?
