We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the Canadian portfolio. This role focuses on executing brand strategies, delivering marketing programs, and managing innovation projects that strengthen our presence in Canada. Join a global team committed to bold ideas and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Canadian marketing plans aligned with global strategy.

Execute consumer campaigns, shopper marketing, e-commerce initiatives, and in-store activations.

Support new product development, packaging design, pricing, and launch execution.

Analyze consumer and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D.

Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking.

Collaborate with agencies on creative development, social media, and point-of-sale materials.

Monitor brand performance and prepare reporting for leadership.

Support additional priorities and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong marketing and analytical skills with a proactive approach.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams.

Experience in CPG marketing or brand management (2–4 years preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.

Proficiency in English; French Canadian is an asset.

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
