
Job Summary
Support Product Managers and Sales in their daily efforts to grow product line sales and margins. Handle immediate functions/tasks to fully execute servicing the branches and serve internal customers including sales managers, inside/outside sales, and product managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Standard Price and Delivery requests from sales and product.
Supplier contract loading, maintenance, renewals and updating.
Cross reference requests from sales/PMs.
Sample Requests.
Part loading on system.
Literature requests.
Supplier prints, specification requests.
Distributor stock checks/part searches.
Become trained to use Quote Accelerator quoting function.
Opportunity tracker administration.
Product Manager backup while they are out.
Participate fully in all supplier training meetings with sales.
Attend supplier trainings when possible.
Education / Experience
High school diploma, GED, or one to three months related experience, or equivalent combined education and experience.
Skills and Requirements
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in‑office workdays.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time management, multitasking, and ability to meet personal goals.
Strong customer service skills.
Physical Requirements Stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co‑workers, and customers. Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and substantial movements of wrists, hands, fingers.
Working Conditions Typical office or administrative environment with no substantial exposure to adverse conditions.
