As a Content Manager within Marketing Operations at Capital Group, you’ll lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality marketing materials that support our institutional and wealth management businesses. This includes quarterly updates and custom content across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset products. You’ll mentor, coach, and develop your team to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact, while also stepping in to execute custom work when needed. Responsibilities
You have 10+ years in financial services marketing, with expertise in institutional and wealth management audiences. Lead, mentor, and coach teams; foster growth and engagement while driving results. Oversee production and maintenance of quarterly and custom marketing materials across multiple asset classes. Translate complex ideas into compelling pieces. Lead a team to build content that addresses business problems and positions Capital Group as a valuable provider. Support strategic initiatives including content development for new product launches; maintain focus on core content operations. Guide quality and consistency in content creation and maintenance processes. Prioritize and problem-solve to manage multiple demands and tight timelines. Series 7 and 24 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Application

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
