Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to take full ownership of a new product initiative, managing the complete 0-to-1 design lifecycle. This person will be responsible for shaping the design vision, structuring and organizing the design workflow, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring the product from concept to launch. This designer will operate as a solo designer in the early stages of the project. Therefore, they must be multidisciplinary - capable of balancing strong product design expertise with strategic thinking, light project management, and a hands-on approach across different design domains (brand, marketing, UX research, and visual communication). This role requires a designer who can represent the design discipline at a project level, maintaining a high bar for visual quality and user experience, while effectively communicating with PMs, engineers, and executives. The ideal candidate is confident yet humble, understanding that while they\'ll lead the design workstream, they remain involved in the process. Location
