
Responsibilities
Maintain and distribute marketing and investor materials; coordinate content across digital, website, email, and events
Collaborate with investment, compliance, sales, and research teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Analyze marketing engagement metrics to support sales efforts
Support conferences and virtual/live events, including materials and logistics
Monitor IR inbox; respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues
Support investor meetings; complete DDQs, RFPs, and consultant requests
Prepare and distribute investor reporting, including weekly performance estimates and monthly/quarterly letters
Coordinate with Accounting on investor reports and internal CIO materials
Support investor onboarding, capital calls, and administrator coordination
Manage and update investor, consultant, and CRM databases
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing, operations, client services or investor relations within financial services.
