Revit Drafter Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01615. Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR. Permanent Position with Benefits. A small fast-growing mechanical engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing CAD Designer. Responsibilities
Prepare specification documents using Revit CAD and MS Word (AutoCAD 2D and 3D is a plus). Design detailing for HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning), piping, plumbing, and fire protection. Detail facilities/buildings across Education, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Public Housing, Transit, Airports, Library and Historical Sites as applicable. Qualifications
High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher level education Associates degree or several years of CAD experience Must have experience and be proficient using Revit CAD and MS Word; AutoCAD 2D and 3D is a plus Well organized with exceptional verbal and written communications skills Follow directions and guidance from Senior Designers and Engineers Complete project in a timely fashion Past experience with State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, or Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is a plus Additional Requirements
