Paralegal /Legal Assistant or Compliance Specialist
to support insurance regulatory and surplus lines compliance. This is a temporary role (3+ months) with strong potential to become permanent! Candidates should be available to start in a new position ASAP and have experience in similar Paralegal or Compliance focused roles. What you’ll do:
Prepare and file regulatory documentation to maintain surplus lines eligibility. Support multi-state filings with Departments of Insurance and stamping offices Assist with licensing, renewals, and compliance tracking Maintain organized regulatory and compliance records What we’re looking for:
Paralegal or legal assistant experience in insurance or a regulated industry Familiarity with surplus lines / E&S insurance preferred Detail-oriented and deadline driven Compensation range is provided based on years of relevant experience in a similar position.
