The Components Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational performance within the Component organization. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service reliability by interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying performance gaps, and supporting data-driven decisions to enhance productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. Job Duties And Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze performance data related to component repairs, TAT (Turnaround Time), workflow efficiency, and cost drivers. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure shop performance and forecast trends. Identify process bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and resource utilization. Support capacity planning and workload balancing using data insights. Track vendor and internal shop performance against established SLAs, quality, and delivery targets. Prepare periodic performance review presentations for management and customers. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate process changes and improvement initiatives. Support the implementation and monitoring of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. Ensure data accuracy, report standardization, and adherence to MRO documentation and performance reporting guidelines. Conduct root cause analyses on performance deviations and recommend preventive actions. Develop and update procedures that define the standards of the component business. Maintain information updated into platforms and systems related to the business standards. Perform the customer evaluation survey periodically and its summary report for internal analysis. (This does not bypass the need for communication) Defining reporting structures, dashboards, and analytical methods used for internal reporting. Prioritizing data collection and analysis tasks based on operational priorities. Communicating operational insights, alerts, and performance trends to internal stakeholders Recommending immediate corrective measures for data accuracy and process monitoring. Coordinating directly with departments to obtain or validate operational data. Decisions that will require approval. (Proposals) Implementation of process changes or workflow redesigns affecting multiple departments. Definition or modification of key performance targets and metrics (KPIs). Allocation of resources, budget changes, or technology investments. Approval of performance improvement projects with cost or schedule impact. External communication or reporting to customers, vendors, or regulatory bodies. Key Interactions

– Production & Planning: Coordinate performance data and turnaround forecasts Engineering – Support technical analysis related to performance issues or component reliability. Quality Assurance – Align performance tracking with quality standards and audit requirements. Supply Chain / Purchasing – Analyze supplier and vendor performance related to parts and turnaround. Finance / Cost Control – Support cost-efficiency analysis and performance-based budgeting. Leadership / Management – Present performance results and strategic improvement proposals. External Customers – Provide performance summaries, KPI updates, and improvement insights as part of contractual obligations or service reviews; support the conduction of feedback sessions as a result of the customer service evaluation. Vendors / Subcontractors – Evaluate vendor performance and collaborate on turnaround and quality improvement. Regulatory or OEM Representatives – Support audits and reporting requirements as requested. Job Profile
