A day in the life of our Creative Experts… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Creative Experts accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.
Contact guests and/or travel agents prior to arrival within 48 hours of booking and maintain communication until arrival. Coordinate pre‑arrival requests and create itineraries in collaboration with the concierge & guest relations coordinators during the day. Own the elevation of creative amenities & gifts inventory to ensure guests receive the best experience.
Handle special requests involving seeking and capturing institutional knowledge about guests and inputting it into NEXUS. Assist in creation of bespoke recognition stories and special occasions.
Report and correct imperfections and blemishes that arise, working with other positions to resolve them.
Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.

Light work: standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift.
