As our corporate‑owned markets continue to grow, we’re expanding our commercial business line and seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager who can drive strong, sustainable B2B lead generation.
The Commercial Marketing Manager will own all commercial advertising and demand generation efforts across a select group of corporate‑owned Zerorez locations. This role focuses exclusively on developing strategies and campaigns that produce high‑quality commercial leads — and partnering closely with local sales and operations teams to ensure those leads turn into booked revenue. This is a hands‑on, data‑focused role designed for someone who can both build strategy and execute daily. The right candidate can be located in the greater Minneapolis area (St Louis Park Office) or American Fork, Utah (Headquarters).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize commercial marketing campaigns for select corporate‑owned markets. Manage multi‑channel advertising across paid search, paid social, programmatic, mass media, email, SMS, and SEO. Identify and target high‑value commercial verticals (healthcare, hospitality, property management, education, offices, etc.). Build A/B tests for messaging, offers, creative, and audience targeting to improve lead quality and conversion.
