What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a Senior Strategist on our Real Estate & Private Markets investment marketing team. You’ll shape product‑related content, collaborate with investment teams, and drive brand awareness for U.S. institutional clients.
Partner with investment teams to create differentiated product collateral and thought capital.
Ensure material adheres to branding, tone, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with segment marketers and product teams to build awareness through strategic marketing materials.
Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
Champion real estate and private markets in partnership with stakeholders on positioning and communications.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the U.S. institutional segment.
Act as an audience expert, staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Use competitive analysis, client insights, and data to drive strategy and align with market demand.
Lead and manage in‑person institutional events to deepen client relationships.
Perform other job‑related duties and special projects as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; seven years’ experience in financial services marketing.
Proven track record in multichannel marketing campaigns and strategy execution.
Experience creating investment product materials and thought capital.
Event planning and execution experience.
Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and project management skills.
Detail‑oriented with excellent planning and time‑management abilities.
Travel up to 30% of the time.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Knowledge of real estate and/or private market investments.
Experience in digital, lifecycle marketing, and nurture journeys.
In‑depth knowledge of financial services products.
Salary Range $127,000 – $171,000 per year.
