An exciting new initiative at Stephen Ministries is helping Christian congregations and other organizations play a key role in combating the mental health crisis, by preventing mental distress, and promoting mental health and well-being. About This Role

The workday of a Writer and Editor involves tasks including: Collaborating with other published writers and editors on projects such as books, publicity material, training manuals, customer correspondence, and internal communications. Assisting in conducting research and incorporating research findings into writing projects. Consulting with customers from around the world over the phone and by email, supporting them in their ministry. Participating in our live, interactive online training events. Completing various other projects and tasks supporting the organization and its mission. Those in this role typically also support our ministry in other ways and may have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in areas such as: Communications and marketing Ministry support and consultation Market research Public support and development Developing new resources Graphic design and videography Information technology Accounting and purchasing Stephen Ministries offers competitive pay and benefits: Vacation accrued from start of employment Sick/Personal time Seven paid holidays Company-paid health and dental insurance Voluntary Retirement Fund (403b) Company -paid life insurance.
