
Description
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Assistant is to provide support for marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the achievement of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Assisting in designing marketing collateral and in-store signage
Keeping our e-commerce site updated and helping to manage social media channels
Print and digital advertising campaigns as well as new content for our own website
Create marketing collateral, from price tags and in-store posters to website and social media graphics.
Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Experience and Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce and web design practices, social media platforms, and the general retail environment.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Proven experience as a marketing assistant by supporting the marketing manager in organizing various projects.
Maintain backlog & prioritization of data entry projects.
Audit previously entered product
Requirements
Experience with some form of digital marketing.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
Prior knowledge with any of the following a plus: video production, graphic design, photography, WordPress, Magento, SEO, Pay-Per-Click.
