We are seeking a Team Lead – Commercial Asset Management to oversee and optimize the financial and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets. This is a strategic leadership role, ensuring assets deliver maximum value while supporting portfolio growth and investor confidence.
What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor the commercial asset management team, building structures and processes to maximize portfolio performance.
Monitor and optimize revenue streams, budgets, and financial reporting across the asset portfolio.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and investor requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to harmonize contracts and manage commercial relationships.
Support acquisitions, divestments, and repowering projects from a commercial perspective.
Implement tools and processes to improve transparency, reporting, and portfolio analytics.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related field.
Several years of experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or commercial asset management.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with portfolio reporting and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work.
Fluent German (spoken and written) and confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
