Knowledge Road is expanding our creative team and launching new podcasts! We are looking for a talented, energetic Junior Videographer to help us bring these projects to life. As a Junior Videographer, you will be responsible for filming 1–2 half-day shoots per week in our office for our new podcast series. You will operate and maintain our video equipment, and occasionally travel for on-site shoots unrelated to the podcast. This role requires technical knowledge, creative thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities
Operate professional video equipment for in-office podcast productions Coordinate and set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for each shoot Ensure high-quality footage for both live and recorded content Collaborate with hosts, producers, and the post-production team Handle routine equipment checks and maintenance Travel to external locations for shoots as needed (outside of podcasts) Assist with basic video editing and asset management as required Qualifications
Some experience in videography, studio production, or a related field Familiarity with video cameras, lighting, and audio setups Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel with equipment for off-site shoots Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Basic experience with video editing software is a plus What we offer
