Create, Launch & Profit® (CLP) is seeking a client-facing Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality digital programs, courses, and learning experiences for our clients. This role is not a full program strategist or content writer. It is a client-facing execution role focused on translating a client’s expertise into clear curriculum direction that can be built by our internal curriculum team using AI-assisted workflows. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and our internal Curriculum Architect to ensure every program is outcomes-driven, structured, and aligned with adult learning best practices. Role Overview

CLP is seeking a client-facing Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality digital programs, courses, and learning experiences for our clients. This role is not a full program strategist or content writer. It is a client-facing execution role focused on translating a client’s expertise into clear curriculum direction that can be built by our internal curriculum team using AI-assisted workflows. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and our internal Curriculum Architect to ensure every program is outcomes-driven, structured, and aligned with adult learning best practices. Core Responsibilities

Client-Facing (Primary) Lead client kickoff and curriculum discovery sessions (60–90 minutes) Ask targeted questions to surface: the client’s frameworks transformation path learning outcomes implementation goals Help clients clarify what they are teaching (not rewriting their IP) Provide confidence, clarity, and structure during client interactions Curriculum Direction & Design Define: learning objectives module themes high-level lesson flow Create a curriculum brief or outline that clearly documents: program structure learning goals sequencing logic Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices Review AI-generated drafts for clarity and alignment (not volume) Internal Collaboration Hand off clear documentation to the internal Curriculum Architect Answer clarification questions during the build phase Review completed curriculum for alignment before final approval Collaborate asynchronously (Notion, Google Docs, Loom) What You Will Not Be Responsible For (To prevent scope creep and protect delivery timelines) Writing full lesson scripts or video scripts Designing slides, graphics, or visuals Recording or appearing in videos Uploading content into an LMS Copywriting sales pages or marketing assets Owning overall program strategy or IP Required Qualifications

Based in the United States 3–7 years experience in instructional design, learning design, or curriculum development Experience working with entrepreneurs, coaches, experts, digital education programs Comfortable leading client conversations with confidence and clarity Strong understanding of adult learning principles Learning objectives Applied learning (not theory-only content) Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, etc.) as part of a workflow Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with online courses, academies, or group programs Familiarity with AI-assisted curriculum creation Background in education, corporate L&D, or coaching programs Engagement Details
