A rapidly scaling healthcare group dedicated to helping patients avoid surgery through innovative, non-invasive spine and joint therapies is adding its first Strategic Growth Manager. You will own the entire revenue engine—inside sales, in-clinic treatment coordinators, marketing conversion, and community outreach—while shaping the playbook that will support 10+ new clinics over the next two years. Key Responsibilities
Direct all top-line revenue activities for three (soon-to-be-many) outpatient clinics, guiding call-center agents and on-site Treatment Coordinators toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Design and refine conversion playbooks that turn advertising and referral inquiries into scheduled consultations and closed treatment plans. Coach a growing team of Treatment Coordinators—role-playing proposals, reviewing call recordings, and instilling a solution-first mindset. Partner with Marketing to forecast lead flow, track CPL/CAC, and recommend budget shifts that maximize ROI. Own the CRM/EMR reporting stack, converting raw call and clinic data into dashboards that spotlight progress toward quota. Lead local B2B and community outreach (employers, providers, wellness events) to generate net-new patient volume. Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership on compensation models, KPI frameworks, and staffing plans that support rapid multi-site expansion. Qualifications
5+ years leading sales teams in elective healthcare, aesthetics, dental implants, regenerative medicine, or comparable high-ticket, self-pay services. Proven success building or scaling multi-site or call-center-enabled sales operations. Hands-on leadership style—comfortable jumping on a call, closing a consult, or troubleshooting a stalled pipeline. Track record of designing performance-based comp plans, KPIs, and coaching programs that elevate team productivity. Familiarity with CRM/EMR tools, patient-financing solutions, and data-driven decision making. Startup or founder-led environment experience and the agility to balance strategy with tactical execution.
