The National Director of Pharmacy – SRT contributes to the organization by creating a bridge between Pharmacy and other organizational service lines such as Department of Medicine, Public Health, Marketing and all the support teams within the organization to “radically cooperate.” The National Director of Pharmacy – SRT enhances the reputation of the organization by directing the training of others in the workflow and overall services of the organization’s Pharmacies. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
Responsibilities
Create a bridge between Pharmacy and other organizational service lines (e.g., Department of Medicine, Public Health, Marketing and all support teams) to promote radical cooperation.
Enhance the organization’s reputation by directing the training of staff in the workflow and services of the organization’s Pharmacies.
Advocate for the organization’s top initiatives.
Collaborate with the Performance Improvement and IMM teams to develop and implement new systems and procedures, ensuring Core Values and Mission stay top of mind.
Qualifications
Active Pharmacy license in resident state.
AAHIVP credentialing.
