Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to monitor portfolio performance and investment metrics. Conduct real assets and macroeconomic research for presentations to senior management. Assist with investment due diligence for real asset-focused commingled funds. Participate in meetings and site visits to evaluate proposed investment strategies. Support operations in managing investment-related activities and processes. Implement and measure ESG initiatives across the investment portfolio. Develop and maintain reports using Power BI and other automated tools. Maintain frequent communication with international offices to ensure alignment. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field required. 2–3 years of experience in real assets at institutional investors or investment managers preferred. Strong understanding of financial metrics, investment concepts, and commingled fund investing. Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and automated research tools. Experience with Power BI, including DAX formulas and Power Query, is advantageous. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative global environment. Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on qualitative and quantitative performance factors.
