Responsibilities
Event Coordination and Management: Coordinate high-profile events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees, providing on-site support if needed
Develop and oversee event strategies that align with the organization's lead gen objectives
Manage the visual identity and branding of all events, ensuring they reflect the company's values and goals
Own event audience acquisition efforts and oversee event operations to ensure seamless execution
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with and manage external vendors, including venues, photographers, swag suppliers, and designers, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Ensure all events align with the company's brand and objectives
Success Indicators
Align at least 90% of events directly with lead generation objectives
Zero critical operational errors during high-profile events
All events stay within budget while achieving set quality standards
100% alignment of event branding with company values
Achieve or exceed attendance goals for events, with a target registration-to-attendance conversion rate
Growth in event audience year-over-year
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, business or a related field
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
Desire to contribute to the broader goals of the organization beyond your immediate areas of responsibility
Desire to actively support, drive, and improve the culture of the company
Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking
Ability to travel for events if needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to lift event materials (up to 40 lbs), such as signage and swag boxes.
Note: This position is located in our Winter Park office (Hybrid) at minimum 3 days in office per week
