Marketing Manager
to join our client’s team in
Tampa, FL . This is an
on-site direct hire
position.
SALARY:
$110,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus

Requirements
3-5 years of marketing management experience in CPG or advertising agencies
Experience with retail media platforms such as Circana or SPINS, Google Paid Search, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
Strong understanding of CPG marketing tactics and fundamentals
Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience analyzing retail and media data
Familiarity with new product commercialization processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with Adobe Photoshop (a plus)
Proven success in delivering measurable results
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, confident in engaging senior leadership
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns to increase awareness and affinity
Collaborate with creative agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns
Manage social media strategies, including content calendars and consumer engagement
Support strategic planning through analysis of business performance and market trends
Develop and execute new product launch strategies, working with cross-functional teams
Analyze KPIs and metrics to optimize media performance, including testing and adjustments
Partner with sales to craft compelling product stories leveraging consumer insights
Oversee influencer strategy, identifying and recommending suitable influencers to maximize reach
Drive innovation by understanding consumer needs and contributing to ideation sessions
Continuously monitor and optimize media mix to meet campaign benchmarks
