Job purpose IMMY’s Marketing Manager leads the initiatives to market IMMY and IMMY products locally, nationally, and internationally in order to increase visibility and market share in the in vitro diagnostic industry. The Marketing Manager serves as a market strategist and brand catalyst for IMMY’s fungal diagnostics portfolio. This role blends product and disease-state expertise, strategic positioning, and commercial enablement to ensure IMMY’s solutions are clearly differentiated and deeply valued by providers across diverse care settings. The Marketing Manager drives product strategy, shapes market perception, empowers commercial teams, and strengthens IMMY’s leadership in fungal disease diagnostics.

Key duties and responsibilities Strategic Positioning & Market Strategy Serve as the product and disease-state SME for IMMY’s HAI and cancer-related fungal diagnostics portfolio, providing expertise across LFA, PCR, and EIA technologies. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support annual operating plan goals and product placement targets. Create product positioning, value statements, and messaging frameworks that differentiate IMMY’s products and solutions. Lead strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely execution. Track, analyze, and trend key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and optimize ongoing strategy. Conduct ongoing market surveillance—competitor activity, new studies, clinical guidelines, and emerging trends—and integrate findings into messaging, training, and campaigns. Integrate Voice of Customer (VoC) and market insights to guide both current products and future innovations.

Market Engagement & KOL Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, professional groups, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support brand credibility and scientific leadership. Drive market knowledge through field travel, customer visits, trade shows, and sales team interactions. Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing content for selling scenarios and educational engagements. Represent IMMY at major conferences and oversee execution of tradeshow strategies.

Product Training, Education & Commercial Enablement Develop and deliver internal training to ensure sales and commercial teams achieve strong product knowledge and capability. Create external-facing pitch decks, educational content, and customer tools that clearly communicate the value and clinical utility of IMMY’s portfolio. Partner closely with the Learning and Development team to maintain up-to-date and high-impact materials. Ensure all product positioning and messaging content is current and effectively adopted by commercial personnel.

Launch Excellence & Portfolio Stewardship Drive Launch Excellence for IMMY products—from business cases and pre-launch planning through execution and performance measurement. Support strategic decision-making for on-market and future products by combining clinical evidence, VoC insights, and market assessments. Align product strategies with commercial needs to maintain a strong value proposition for both customers and the company.

Additional Responsibilities Coordinate details for all meetings, exhibitions, and face-to-face opportunities in order to generate more impressions and maximize the impact of IMMY products. Assist in developing annual budget for all potential meetings Schedule booth payment, sponsorship, and rentals Coordinate with sales reps on travel dates, bookings, and materials

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field Specialized knowledge of the in vitro diagnostic industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can easily be expressed in a variety of media Exceptional strategic and analytical thinker Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

MBA 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role or related commercial role
