This is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia Journalist based in Stuart, FL. The Multimedia Journalist will be responsible for creating, producing, and presenting multimedia content for various platforms, including broadcast television and digital channels. Key responsibilities include covering and reporting on activities within the school district, writing scripts, producing video content, and collaborating with stakeholders to highlight initiatives, events, and achievements of the District. Qualifications
Proficiency in Broadcast Journalism, Multimedia, and Broadcasting Experience in Broadcast Television and producing engaging broadcast content Strong Writing skills, including the ability to craft news stories, scripts, and digital content Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines Knowledge of educational settings or experience in the academic sector is a plus Proficiency in multimedia tools and software used for video production and editing Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field is preferred A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player
