Medical Device Instructional Designer
to join their team. As a Medical Device Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Education and Training Department supporting clinical and medical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Medical Device Instructional Designer
Location: Reporting to San Antonio, TX (100% Remote)

What's the Job?
Develop engaging and effective educational materials, including online courses, presentations, micro-learnings, and multimedia content.
Apply adult learning principles to design impactful training programs tailored for healthcare professionals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement continuous improvements.
Stay current with instructional design trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, education, instructional design, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design within healthcare or medical device environments.
Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360, Adobe, and Microsoft Applications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse groups.
Ability to produce high-quality, engaging educational content efficiently.
