
Role Description
This is a full-timeSales & Marketing Manager role located in Metro Jacksonville, but wewill consider remote work for the right candidate. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Utility Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and execute sales-focused marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales growth through market and channel development, product approvals, and agency sales development nationwide. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, opening doors, winning new accounts, and building scalable sales processes while leading by example. You will work closely with account managers, inside sales, product development, and senior leadership to grow top-line revenue while building a high-performance sales culture. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Representatives in coordination with Account Managers Build business throughout the nation by working with Utility Sales Agents to specify and sell products Drive new customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, outbound sales, and market development Lead from the front by personally engaging with high-value prospects and strategic opportunities Work on National alliances with strategic partners such asEuda Members, Munis, co-operatives, and otherDistribution Firms Have a sound understanding of all utility products offered and provide support if necessary. Knowledge of cutouts and an arrester would be a bonus. Conduct daily sales huddles, training sessions, and ongoing performance coaching Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards Drive new business development and expand existing customer accounts Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly performance reporting Execute sales-driven marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and product adoption Collaborate with Product Development to support new product launches Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and sales reporting systems Oversee customer-facing sales processes, including pricing approvals and RMAs Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Inside Sales, and Leadership Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree, along with 5+ years in utility channel sales or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in sales management or B2B/Distribution sales leadership Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams Strong understanding of pricing strategy and sales analytics Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel as required Role Description
