Overview

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and content-obsessed marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves restaurants, food culture, and storytelling, and who gets genuinely excited about making short-form video content that people actually want to watch. This is a

hands-on content creation role , with room to grow into broader marketing responsibilities over time. You’ll spend much of your time creating Reels and TikTok-style videos, but you’ll also collaborate on ideas, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms. Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (filming and editing) Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, formats, and best practices and thoughtfully adapt them for our brands Capture light photography and video content on-site at restaurants and events Design simple graphics and story assets using Canva (menus, promos, event announcements, etc.) Contribute to content planning and brainstorming Qualifications

Strong interest in food, restaurants, and beverage culture Comfortable being behind the camera and creating content in real-world settings Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with an instinct for what performs well Experience shooting and editing short-form video (phone is fine; skill matters more than gear) Familiarity with Canva and basic design principles Curious, motivated, and eager to continuously improve content quality and performance Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Experience working with restaurants, hospitality, or lifestyle brands Photography or video editing beyond the basics Why This Role Is Different
