
Job Summary:
Symphona Technology is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Professional to aid in selling technology solutions that help businesses grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities
Generate Business Opportunities
Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach Qualify potential clients and identify their IT needs, challenges, and goals Create and deliver tailored proposals to secure new business Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
Technology Solution Sales
Present and sell a full range of technology hardware and solutions, including: Computers and servers Network equipment Cloud hosting Managed IT services VoIP solutions Explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner Match products and services to client
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding current services Serve as a trusted advisor for clients’ ongoing technology needs
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and onboarding of solutions sold Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams for implementation Coordinate on timelines and project expectations to meet customer satisfaction goals
Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progress Report regularly to the Partner on goals, activities, and outcomes Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A strong knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer
