Duties
Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries
Coordinate with distribution and warehouse teams
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Update order status in internal systems
Ensure clear and timely customer communication
Skills & Experience
Previous customer support experience preferred
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working with CRM or support tools
Organized and detail-oriented mindset
Must be currently based in Massachusetts
