Overview
We’re looking for a
UX Product Designer
to join our fast‑paced GenAI Platform team. In this role, you’ll shape how we design our next‑generation Generative AI Platform — creating intuitive, high‑impact user experiences that make powerful AI accessible to everyone, from highly technical developers to non‑technical business users. You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, curious, and excited about solving complex problems through elegant design. If you love partnering across product, engineering, and business teams — and enjoy turning deeply technical concepts into human‑centered experiences — this is the place for you. What You’ll Do
Translate complex generative AI capabilities into intuitive workflows, interfaces, and user experiences. Lead the design of high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows that serve as the visual reference for engineering implementation. Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to ensure the final product meets user needs and business goals. Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, ensuring designs align with technical constraints and platform standards. Drive design reviews, refine experience details, and contribute to overall UX best practices that enable scalable, quality delivery. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and user flows using Figma. Experience designing in structured design systems and working in agile, fast‑paced environments. Ability to communicate complex or highly technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence design direction through research, insights, and clear storytelling. Nice to Have
