Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Own the recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to successfully negotiating offers
Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices to keep our processes innovative and effective
Report regularly to management on recruitment progress and candidate feedback, contributing to our overall success
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a valuable addition
Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent
Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments efficiently
A proactive, adaptable approach to tackling recruitment challenges as they arise
