This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level. The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with precision and competence./ppResponsibilities:/pulliHandle high amounts of incoming calls/liliIdentify and evaluate customers needs to deliver satisfaction/liliBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion/liliProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools/liliManage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution/liliKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents/liliFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies/liliEstablish and build relationships with our customers/liliGo the extra mile to engage customers/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliSome proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred/liliStrong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities/liliAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees/liliStrong attention to detail/liliExceptional communication and presentation skills/liliAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively/liliAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment/liliMust own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)/liliReliable 40 hour work week/liulliM-F 8am - 4pm CST with alternating Saturdays 8am - 6pm CST/li/ul/ulpBenefits:/pulliHealth Insurance/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliLife Insurance/liliPTO/liliSick and Safe Time/liliPaid Holidays Off/li/ulpSalary: $30,000-$40,000/ year/ppEverlight Solar is proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer.
